Winter Gardens
Here in the Pacific Northwest the winters are not harsh enough to kill off some hardy varieties of greens and vegetables. Veggies that can keep thriving during the cold months are; Garlic, Onions, Carrots, Brussels Sprouts, Kale and many more. Winter gardening can take some planning and patience to cultivate the correct conditions for a successful harvest. We’ve done this many times before, so let’s get your raised beds ready for winter!
Of course you could always bundle up and wait it out until spring rolls around for us to help plan your summer garden too!
