Pepper: Sunnybrook Pimento (Sweet)

Pepper: Sunnybrook Pimento (Sweet)

$4.95

Short plants produce medium-thick-walled, early-maturing, sweet, blocky-round fruit that ripens a full two weeks ahead of other pepper varieties. Throughout the growing season, they yield smaller fruits, ranging in size from a golf ball to a tennis ball. Their high productivity and capacity to produce quality fruit under challenging conditions distinguish them from other early sweet pepper types. The term "pimento" translates to pepper in Portuguese (pimenta in Spanish), but it has become an English term specifically for this variety. Pimento peppers are typically round, sweet, thick-walled, and smaller than bell peppers, exhibiting a mild spiciness.

1 plant comes in a 3” plastic container.
